Facelift Neck Lift Case #2279

This is a healthy, 50-year old female who presented for facial rejuvenation. She wanted improvement in her facial volume and elimination of her jowls and heavy neck. She underwent a deep-plane face and necklift, platysmaplasty, and fat transfer to the face. This procedure was done in-office under monitored anesthesia care. The results of her surgery are quite nice at only 8 months. She is very pleased with her natural outcome!

1. Notice the improvement in the jawline and the volume added to the cheeks.
2. The jawline and neck are more defined. The cheek has greater volume from fat transfer which is most noticeable near the tip of the nose (Ogee curve).
3. The profile view shows the striking improvement in the submental skin and fat.
