Preop Findings: Bulbous tip, Under projected nasal tip, under rotated nasal tip
Procedure performed: Primary open septorhinoplasty, nasal cartlidge grafting, lateral crural underlay struts, tip graft
Projection was increased approximately 2mm and rotation was increased approximately 15 degrees. Tip width went from approximately 11 mm down to 6 mm.
