Lisa Adams, Business Manager/Director of Aesthetics by Design
Lisa Adams started working with Dr. Imola at Colorado Facial Plastic Surgery in 2013 as the clinical director and patient coordinator. She has a degree in business administration and has worked in healthcare for over 15 years. Lisa loves engaging with patients and makes them feel welcome from the moment they step into the clinic. She goes above and beyond for every single patient and truly loves her job. Lisa is married with three boys and has a very lovable golden retriever named Guinness who keeps her busy when she’s not at work!
Lisa Domenico, Paramedical Aesthetician
Lisa is a Western girl through and through. Born in New Mexico and raised in Littleton, CO, she became interested in the science and effects of aging on the skin. After graduating from the Stacey James Institute in Parker, CO, Lisa became a mentee of Beryl Rekers and was subsequently hired on as a paramedical aesthetician at Aesthetics by Design. She is fully qualified in a range of face and body treatments, including CoolSculpting®, HydraFacial®, chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, CO2 laser resurfacing, FemTouch™, Fotofacial®, and Fractora radiofrequency skin tightening.
Lisa’s genuine interest in and compassion for her patients motivates her to continually deliver the utmost in client care each day. After analyzing the skin and listening to the patient, she can assimilate their needs and formulate a plan that’s effective, fits their budget, and addresses their concerns. Lisa believes that investing in your skin today will deliver dividends in self-confidence in the future.
Sarah Rutherford, Paramedical Aesthetician
Sarah is a well-respected veteran in the skin care industry. She began her aesthetics career in Indianapolis, IN as an apprentice in a large day spa under the tutelage of French aestheticians. Since relocating to Colorado, Sarah has successfully owned and operated her own skin care practice for ten years, focusing on providing attentive, custom client care.
Among her proficient skills and certifications, Sarah counts microdermabrasion, CO2 laser resurfacing, dermaplaning, lunchtime and more intense chemical peels, facial massage, laser hair removal, skin analysis, and product knowledge. Now, after over 14 years in the industry, she brings her holistic approach to skin wellness and full medical aesthetic services to Aesthetics by Design.
