Blepharoplasty Case #2162
Before
After
This patient had a history of Bells Palsy facial paralysis several years earlier with incomplete recovery. She wished to improve her facial asymmetry and to restore a more youthful appearance. The patient underwent multiple staged surgical procedures to address her concerns. An upper and lower blepharoplasty was performed. Post-operatively the patient has a marked improvement in facial symmetry and facial weakness. Her eyes appear much more rejuvenated as there is less excess skin in the upper eyelids and a removal of fat bags in the lower eyelids. She appears more awake and rejuvenated.
