This patient wanted a rejuvenation of eyes to help her "tired" look. She felt she had loose, sagging skin of her upper and lower eyelids. The patient had an upper and lower blepharoplasty to address the concerns with her eyes. Post-operatively, the patient looks not only refreshed and younger, but she looks natural and well rested. Her eyes are brighter and more open as the heaviness of her upper eyelids and bags of her lower eyelids are much improved. Her eyelashes are visible once again.
