Blepharoplasty Case #2208

This is a pleasant, 61-year old female who presented in consultation for her upper eyelids. She noticed heavy skin and a tired appearance. The recommendation was made for upper blepharoplasty. This procedure was done in office under light oral sedation. The excess skin was removed and a delicate closure allowed for an invisible scar. At 6 months post-operative, she is very happy with her refreshed look.

1. Notice how the skin was heavy and almost touching the upper eyelashes.
2. The after photo demonstrates improvement in hooding and better symmetry with more lid show. The incision is unnoticeable.
