This is a healthy, 27-year old female who presented with cheek fullness. The recommendation was made for buccal fat pad removal. This in-office procedure involves a small incision inside the cheek within the mouth. A walnut-sized fat pad is then removed. After 6-8 weeks, slimming finalizes in the cheeks.
