Ethnic Rhinoplasty Case #1976

This patient consulted on an ethnic rhinoplasty to improve the overall appearance of his nose while retaining his Middle Eastern appearance. He wished to straighten his nose, remove his nasal bridge hump, and reduce the overall size of his nose. Post-operatively, it can be seen that all his expectations were met and exceeded. His nose is much more straight, his hump was removed, his nasal bridge width and tip width was refined, and his symmetry was greatly improved.

1. Improvement of severely crooked features, refined and upwards rotation of tip, reduction of overall size of nose, preserved Middle Eastern features.
2. Removal of dorsal hump, refined tip, slight upward rotation of tip.
3. Removal of large hump deformity, straightened nasal bridge, tip refinement, improved symmetry, preservation of Middle Eastern features.
4. Tip refinement, improved symmetry.
