Ethnic Rhinoplasty Case #1979

This young woman consulted on an ethnic rhinoplasty procedure. She wished for her nose to be smaller and more feminine. During the procedure, there was a reduction of the size of the nose, the nasal hump deformity was removed, the tip was uprotated and defined and her nostril show was reduced. Post-operatively this patient has a more feminine appearance to the nose with smooth contours and a great symmetry.

1. Reduction of overall size of nose, rip refinement, tip rotated upwards.
2. Dorsal hump removal, reduction of overall size of nose, rip refinement, tip rotated upwards, reduced nostril show, feminine profile.
3. Reduction of overall size of nose, dorsal hump removal, rip refinement, tip rotated upwards, reduced nostril show.
4. Reduction in nostril flare, tip refinement.
