This patient had undergone previous facial rejuvenation surgery 5 years prior with another surgeon. The patient was unhappy with his result and consulted on his contour irregularities and persistent jowling and neck fullness. A revision submentoplasty and deep plane face/neck lift were performed to give the patient much smoother contours, improved jowls and jawline definition and the removal of his submental waddle.
