A 71 yr old male interested in re-entering the workplace presented with signs of facial aging through the lower face and neck. A deep plane face and neck lift plus submentoplasty procedure was performed. 1 yr following surgery a much more youthful, refreshed appearance can be seen with improvement of the jawline and jowls and excellent tightening of the neck. An operated appearance was avoided.
