This patient wanted a rejuvenation of her lower face to help her "tired" look. She felt she had sagging skin of her neck and had a face/neck lift and submentoplasty to address her concerns. Post operatively, the patient looks not only refreshed and younger, but she looks natural and does not have an "operated" appearance. The fullness and platysmal bands in her neck were diminished and her overall jawline contour is more defined.
