Face Lift - Neck Lift Case #2280

This is a pleasant, 63-year old female with a history of aging face. She desired improvement of her neck bands and sagging skin. She underwent a deep-plane face and neck lift. This procedure was performed in-office under monitored anesthesia care. At 12 months post-operative, she has an improved jawline with rejuvenated volume and decreased wrinkles. She is thrilled with her result.

1. Notice the significant jowling and platysmal banding present in the before pictures. After, the neck is smooth as is the jawline.
2. Notice the increase in cheek volume and the Ogee curve present in the after photos. The jawline is also crisp.
3. Notice the improvement in cervicomental angle in the neck. The jawline is more defined. The wrinkles are significantly softened and the incisions are hardly noticeable.
