This patient was interested in a rejuvenated and youthful appearance to match how she felt on the inside. To achieve this, a fat transfer to the cheeks and around the mouth was performed. The total amount of fat transferred was approximately 32 mL. There is a marked improvement in her youthfulness and appearance. Her cheek volume and volume around her mouth is markedly improved. She is left looking younger with smoother skin and improved facial skin tone and texture.
