Preop finding: under projected nasal tip, under rotated nasal tip, wide nose, dorsal hump, wide nasal tip, Microgenia

Procedure: Primary Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, Osteotomies, Repair nasal valves, right orbicular cartilage harvest, nasal cartilage grafting, Genioplasty

The nose was projected 4 mm and the rotation was increased approximately 20 degrees. Right ear cartilage was use in various areas of the nose. The chin was advanced 6 mm and vertical height 1 mm.
