This patient wished to improve her hump and reverse C-deformity. Her nasal tip was wide, undefined, over projected, and slightly down rotated. Post-operatively the patients nose is more refined and harmonious with her surrounding facial structures. She has improved symmetry and a smooth nasal dorsum with no hump. Her tip was slightly rotated upwards to create a feminine and aesthetically pleasing side profile.
