Primary Rhinoplasty Case #1719
Before
After
This is a healthy, 26-year old female who presented with an external nasal deformity and breathing trouble. She most importantly wanted to improve her breathing, but also straighten and refine her nose. She underwent an open septorhinoplasty where her septum was fixed, the nasal structure moved to the midline, and her tip and profile smoothed. At 1 year post-operative, her breathing is great and she loves her nose.
- Notice the rightward deviation of the nose on frontal view and wide tip. After, the nose is in the midline with a refined, narrowed appearance.
- Notice the reduction in the size of the nasal tip and dorsal hump from pre to post-operative.
- The hump has been reduced and the tip refined. Notice the relaxation of the upper lip in the after photo.
- Compared with the before photo, the nasal tip is midline and symmetrical.
