Rhinoplasty Case #1720
Before
After
This is a healthy, 18-year old patient who presented for cosmetic rhinoplasty and breathing trouble. Her dorsal hump and tip droop were most bothersome. She underwent a primary, open septorhinoplasty. Her hump was reduced and the tip lifted as well as refined. Her breathing was substantially improved. At 1 year post-operative, she loves her nose and better breathing.
- The nose has been straightened and the tip lifted as well as refined.
- Notice the significant hump reduction and downsizing of the nose to create better facial harmony.
- The significant dorsal hump has been reduced and the tip has been lifted as well as refined. The upper lip is also more relaxed.
- The symmetry of the base is maintained and the columellar incision is hardly noticeable.
