The patient is a 23 yr old female that underwent closed primary rhinoplasty 3 years earlier. She was unhappy with the results. During the consultation process she identified several issues that she desired to improve including the crooked appearance of the bridge, the persistent bump on the bridge. She also wished to improve the appearance of the nasal tip. A major open revision rhinoplasty was performed. Cartilage grafts from the nasal septum and ear were used to straighten, refine and improve the appearance of the nose.
