Rhinoplasty Case #1871
Before
After
This patient had one previous nasal surgery which left her with an operated, pinched, and upturned appearance of the nose. Her goals were to improve the overall appearance of her nose and restore facial harmony. Post-operatively, the pinched appearance of her nasal tip and bridge was eliminated. Her nasal tip was rotated downwards into a more natural position and her nasal bridge was augmented. Her side profile is clean with a straight bridge-tip angle. From the side profile, the decreased nostril show can be appreciated as well as the increased length of the nose. This patient's facial harmony has been restored and her operated-looking nose looks natural once again.
- Tip "pinching" much improved, nasal tip rotated downwards into a more natural position, nasal bridge augmented and straight, decreased nostril show, increased length of the nose.
