Rhinoplasty Case #1923
Before
After
This female in her 40's consulted for a revision rhinoplasty. She had a history of a previous rhinoplasty and blunt force trauma to the nose. She wished to fix her nasal fractures alongside improving the overall cosmesis of her nose. This patient wished to remove the excess hump of her nasal bridge, refine and debulk her tip, improve overall symmetry, and improve her nasal airway obstruction due to a septal deviation. Post-operatively it can be seen that her nose holds a natural and unoperated appearance. Her symmetry is greatly improved, her nasal dorsum has a smooth contour, her tip is refined, and she has decreased nostril show. The overall contour of her nose fits seamlessly with her surrounding facial anatomy.
