Preop: History of septorhinoplasty, over rotated nasal tip, under projected nasal tip, short nose, crooked nose, bulbous tip, nostril asymmetry
Procedure: Secondary Open Septorhinoplasty, nasal cartilage grafting, repair nasal valves
The nasolabial angle was decreased from 115 degrees to a 105 degrees. The nose was projected to 2 mm. The tip width was decreased approximately 3 mm.
