This patient consulted for a Ethnic Rhinoplasty. He wished to refine and soften some features of his nose while preserving his African American ethnicity. Post-operatively, it can be seen that the height of the bridge of his nose was heightened, there is increased tip projection, the width of his nose was decreased at all levels, and his nostrils were reduced in both size and flare.
