Ethnic Rhinoplasty Case #2037

This patient consulted on an Ethnic Rhinoplasty. She wished to reduce the masculine, heavy features of her nasal bridge and tip, improve symmetry, and have an overall refinement to her nose. An open structure rhinoplasty was performed to accomplish her goals. Post-operatively it can be seen the the nasal bridge was narrowed, her nasal tip was refined, her septal deviation was corrected, her symmetry was much improved, her nasal tip was rotated upwards, and her dorsal hump deformity was removed. Overall, her nasal appearance is softer with smooth contours and her ethnicity preserved.

1. Improved symmetry, reduction of bulbous tip, tip refinement, upwards rotation of nasal tip, narrowing of nasal bridge.
