This gentleman is a 79 year old who presented with sagging earlobes. He felt that his ears did not match the rest of his appearance. We decided on in-office earlobe reduction. This involves numbing the earlobe and planning the amount of skin to be removed as well as contour to be achieved. His reduction was significant and at one month, he's ecstatic with how natural his results appear.

1. Frontal view - before and after. Notice the significant reduction in the length of the earlobe. The ear position on both sides remains the unchanged.
2. Right side view - before and after. Notice the significant reduction in the length of the earlobe. The earlobe maintains a gentle curve in line with the patient's requests.
