Primary Rhinoplasty Case #1654

This patient wished to improve her hump and reverse C-deformity. Her nasal tip was wide, undefined, over projected, and slightly down rotated. Post-operatively the patients nose is more refined and harmonious with her surrounding facial structures. She has improved symmetry and a smooth nasal dorsum with no hump. Her tip was slightly rotated upwards to create a feminine and aesthetically pleasing side profile.

1. Improved symmetry of nasal dorsum, nasal dome and tip refinement.
2. Removal of hump deformity, tip and dome refinement, reduced tip projection, slight upward rotation of nasal tip.
3. Removal of hump deformity, tip and dome refinement, reduced tip projection, slight upward rotation of nasal tip.
4. Improved symmetry of columella, nostril reduction.
