Primary Rhinoplasty Case #1715

This male patient consulted about improving the overall aesthetic of his nose. Upon assessment, it can be noted that he has an under projected radix, a C-shaped deformity, a nasal dorsum hump, and a bulbous tip/dome that lacks definition. He has nasal obstruction due to septal deviation and an increased nostril show. Post-operatively the nose is much more symmetric with a large reduction in nasal obstruction. His tip was refined, his nostrils were reduced, and his nasal hump removed. His overall appearance is seamless and natural.

1. Improved symmetry, reduction in C-shaped deformity, refined nasal dome and tip, nostril reduction and reduced nostril show.
2. Removal of nasal dorsum hump, reduced nostril show, refined tip.
3. Removal of nasal dorsum hump, reduced nostril show, refined tip.
4. Improved columella symmetry, improved nasal obstruction, nostril reduction.
