Revision Rhinoplasty Case #1825
Before
After
The preop frontal view demonstrates multiple deformities including excess nostril show, an isolated severely pinched nasal tip and shortened bridge. The postop photo shows the improvement achieved in these areas with less visibility into tle nostrils, smooth lines along the bridge which gradually transition into a defined but natural appearing nasal tip.
- The side view demonstrates an overly upturned and projected nasal tip. The tip also appears too pointy and not blended with the rest of the nose. Notice the overly arched nostril margins and excess nostril show. The profile has an unnatural irregular contour. Postop the bridge has been smoothed out into a natural appearing straight profile and the tip has been down rotated and de-projected. The alar (nostril) margins are more gradually arched with less visibility into the nostrils. while the creating an overall much more pleasing and unoperated appearance.
- The oblique view shows the pinched and isolated nasal tip imparting a classic operated look. Postoperatively the tip is more natural in appearance.
- The base views show the improvement in the severely pinched nasal tip following her initial rhinoplasty.
