Primary Rhinoplasty Case #1772
Before
After
This is a pleasant, 34-year old female who presented for a rhinoplasty consultation. She had a very nice nose to begin with and wanted to perform subtle refinement to certain areas like her bridge and tip. The recommendation was made for open septorhinoplasty. Her hump was reduced, tip refined, and the overall structure smoothed by using temporalis fascia. Beautiful features were made even better which was her goal. At only 6 months post-operative, she is thrilled with her result and improved breathing.
- The tip was refined and smoothed with more balanced light reflexes at the dome. The bridge was also contoured to be less irregular.
- The before photo demonstrates the excessive detail of the nasal tip cartilages and mild dorsal hump. The after photo shows the subtle refinement and smoothing effect throughout.
- The nasal tip was smoothed, the hump reduced, and the infratip slightly rotated to create a more harmonious nose.
- Notice the irregularity between the nostrils and boxy appearance to the tip in the before versus the after photos. Notice that the incision has healed inconspicuously.
